I finally decided to make a true commitment to my health and well being by committing to my first round of 30 Days to Healthy Living in November – and that was just the beginning! I am now well on my way to living my best life! 🙂 🙂

My energy has increased like crazy and I reprogrammed my brain to crave healthier options without even realizing it was happening. Truly! This really works! And if weight loss is your goal—you can achieve that too! 🙂

The goal is to commit to the 30 Day Plan to jump-start a healthier lifestyle. The goal is not to starve yourself or permanently deprive yourself of food and drinks you may enjoy. You will be introduced to plant based nutrition products* that you will easily incorporate into your daily life. We teach you how to shop and prep meals with whole foods (including healthy meat options if you are not vegan). You will enjoy delicious recipes that don’t leave you feeling like you’re missing out on something! This isn’t a calorie counting, point watching deprivation deal. This is a lifestyle change!

The plan is designed to help eliminate toxins, support overall digestive health and sort of hit the “reset” button on your health.

After the 30 days, you will slowly reintroduce foods you eliminated and gauge the response. Long term, the goal is to continue on the path of eating healthy foods as close to their original source as possible; everything in moderation.

And . . . continuing to keep gut-health in check naturally!
