Bug’s Life – Cut Short

Stopped for gas and we were shocked when we saw this . . .

We couldn’t believe how many bugs we picked up along the way! The windshield had its fair share, but believe it or not, Love Bugs exist & unfortunately we snagged thousands of them!

It took some elbow grease to remove these little suckers but we also learned a big tip in the process:

Wet a dryer sheet in warm water then use it to clean up the mess.

The sheets don’t leave any scratches and the bug debris comes right off!
Just wipe down then spray off with a hose. Voila!

Dryer Sheets are an RV’s (& an RVer’s) best friend!!

We’ve used dryer sheets INSIDE of our RV for quite some time now to keep bugs & other unwanted guests OUT.

 Lay them loosely inside of:
  • Cabinets, closets and drawers.
  • Outdoor storage bays.
  • Storage boxes of any household items (stored inside of cabinets).
  • Dresser drawers & tuck between linens & clothes.

We pretty much store them throughout the RV.

Added bonus…? Keeps everything smelling fresh!
